"In The End" (SOLD!)

Materials: Sculpted vinyl-plaster compound colored with multiple layers of acrylic paints and glazes, 36 Swarovski crystals, vintage necklace chains and brooch, gold leaf, finished with an ultra-durable exterior varnish
Description: The Scales of Justice are an enduring symbol of fairness and equality. As the most recognized icon of the legal profession, this painting was created to bring a classic image to a law firm while adding a touch of whimsy. The composition itself is balanced by the curvy scales in the foreground and the straight diamond patterned background. Likewise, as the large trays shimmer with gold leaf, the small Swarovski crystals found between each diamond make the whole painting sparkle. The masculine chains suspending the trays are counterbalanced with the delicate brooch and feminine fleur de lis crowning the scales. Although it may not seem so at first, everything balances out "In the End."

"Tropical Safari"
Per the clients' instructions, we created artwork that would fit a "tropical safari" theme and compliment a neutral color scheme of rich earth tones. Description: A sleek and sophisticated peahen rests on a rock as she gazes off into the distance.She protects herself from the hot safari sun by staying in the shade of a large banana plant and drinking from the cool river below.Her feathered train glistens gold with ancient jewels from faraway places.The repeated pattern of the nearby flowers and this remarkable creature create a true vision of birds in paradise.

Description: As a damselfly lands on an exotic spiraled leaf, her focused eyes peer through tropical foliage to scan her environment.While basking in the sun, this lady-like insect proudly shows off her jeweled body to interested suitors.Although she is certainly a damselfly, she is by no means in distress! If she is not approached soon, her net-like wings can swiftly sweep her off her own 6 feet.
